Instruction on the right of withdrawal from the contract pursuant to Government Regulation No. 363/2013
1. The right to withdraw from the contract
1.1 You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving a reason within 14 days.
1.2 You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day after the date of conclusion of the contract, or within 14 days of receiving the goods.
1.3 For the purposes of exercising the right to withdraw from the contract, you must notify the company Luděk Mikeska of your withdrawal from this contract in the form of unilateral legal action (for example, by letter sent via the postal service operator, fax or email). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not yours obligation.
1.4 In order to comply with the deadline for withdrawal from this contract, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal from of the contract before the expiration of the relevant period.
2. Consequences of withdrawal from the contract
2.1 If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you without undue delay, within 14 days at the latest from the day we received your notice of withdrawal from the contract, all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred as a result of you having chosen a delivery method which is different from the cheapest method of standard delivery offered by us). For the refund we will use the same payment method you used making the initial transaction, unless you have explicitly specified otherwise.
